Pesticides pose very little risk when handled and applied according to the manufacturer’s label ad in accordance with state regulations.  We take precautions to keep your family and pets safe.  We recommend staying off of treated areas for at least 30 minutes or until otherwise dry.  We are able to offer several options for pest control services, including The Green Option for more sensitive environments.

What is involved in pest control treatment?

First, we start with assessments.  We then proceed with an explanation of customized recommendations and treatment for your home or business.  Based on the client’s choice of treatment plan, our certified technicians work in conjunction with residents to successfully and efficiently eliminate pests.


Do I need to leave my home or office for treatment?

Not typically.  Most pest services can be done with residents present.  More extensive treatments, such as bedbugs and fleas, require a 4-hour vacancy period following treatment.


Does your pest control service include killing all bugs?

In most cases yes, except for termites.  If we come to your home for termite control or soil treatment, this service is different from a typical pest control service.  Most bugs like spiders, ants, silverfish, cockroaches, or earwigs are killed by our pest treatments.  We can even kill fleas as part of your quarterly service at no extra charge.  Just let us know when you set your appointment.

How safe is your pest control?

In order to get the job done, some chemicals are necessary to kill unwanted bugs.  We value upholding the safest and most technologically sound advanced methods of pest control.  We use Adonis, Termidor, Boracare Powder, Bifen IT insecticide to name a few.


Do you have a guarantee?

Above All Exterminating guarantees to provide a pest free home while using the most environmentally responsible pest solutions at an affordable rate.  If you elect an annual service agreement for pest control, and a problem arises between treatments, we provide additional targeted treatments at no charge.


What is the typical charge for pest control service?

Pricing will vary according to the type of pest control elected, degree of infestation, and square footage to be treated.


How long will it take to get an appointment?

Most appointments can be serviced within 3-4 days.  We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests.


Do have to sign a contract?

We offer service agreements that lock in your rate for one year.  This service agreement is 100% optional and you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
